Kossan implements thorough in-house Quality Control (QC) and Quality
Assurance (QA) programmes. The QC and QA are applied throughout
the manufacturing processes, from raw material selection to the
production of finished products.
Raw materials undergo detailed quality tests and analysis before
the compounding process begins. Our manufacturing plants employ
only the latest technology of fully automated dipping production
lines.
The gloves go through hot water pre-leaching and post-leaching processes
to remove water-soluble materials and unnecessary chemical residues.
These processes, combined with our in-house designed and fabricated
production line, ensures uniformity and consistency in quality.
Consistent and constant checks are carried out to ensure that the
gloves meet and exceed our specifications and standards.

Kossan’s packing operators perform quality control based on
pin-hole, physical properties, dimensions and aesthetics appeal.
Only non-defective gloves are packed and sent to our customers promptly.
The packed gloves are then palletised and stored in a quarantine
area. QC continues with a pre-shipment QA inspection and lab analysis.
These finished products will be approved and released for shipment
once it meets Kossan’s requirements.
Auto stripping is unique to Kossan’s gloves production lines
and it leads to cost savings on labour and provides low gloves reject
rate.
