Kossan Rubber Industries Bhd. produces a wide range of extruded
products. Extruded products can be manufactured in a continuous
length, which can then be cut to a fixed length or lathe cut to
form washers and gaskets. These cut lengths can also be jointed
to form frames or sets.
Kossan Rubber Industries Bhd. extrusion lines are capable of extruding
a countinous profile up to a width of 330mm with a height of 90mm
or a maximum of 4 kgs per meter length. Our extruded rubber products
are supplied in cut-lengths, jointed frames and countinous rolls.
Kossan Rubber Industries Bhd. utilizes a full range of natural and
synthetic rubbers to produce high quality technical rubber parts.
The common range of rubber used are NR, SBR, NBR, CR, EPDM, Silicone,
NPVC, Hypalon, IIR and BR. Sulphur vulcanization and peroxide systems
are also available to suit customers' requirments.
