The KRI Laboratory operations provide on going testing needs of internal and external customers. All rubber compounds are analyzed for its typical properties in accordance to international standard methods and customer specific requirements.
The KRI Laboratory’s operations facilitate the followings:
• Pre-shipment product & material testing
• Research &Development material testing
• Production Part Approval Process(PPAP) and First Article Inspection(FAI) Submissions
• Gage and Equipment Calibration and Verification Including Gage R&R Studies
• Automotive Product Testing
Currently the KRI Laboratory is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 under the Laboratory Accreditation Scheme of Malaysia (Skim Akeditasi Makmal Malaysia, SAMM No. 464) administered by Standards Malaysia (Jabatan Standard Malaysia). Standards Malaysia is a signatory to ILAC (International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation).
KRI Laboratory was granted accreditation in June 2010 to the below schedule of testing.
