KOSSAN produces a wide range of custom extruded products and profiles in continuous length. These products or profiles can be manufactured in both closed-cell sponge and solid extrusion.

Our extrusion lines are capable of extruding a continuous profile up to a width of 450mm with a height of 50mm or a maximum of 28kgs per meter length. These profiles can be cut to a fixed length or lathe-cut to form washers and gaskets and can also be jointed to form Seal Rings, Frames or Sets or in continuous-length rolls to customers’ specifications.
Common range of rubber materials used are NR, SBR, EPDM, CR, NBR, Silicone, and others.
We have full tooling facility including Wire-cutting machine, Spark-erosion machine and various precision metal working tools. With our own in-house tooling facility, we are able to provide quick turnaround on product development.
